I was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with CE and there's A LOT of new values that handle different parts of the body.
It's possible for them to actually add more sliders for individual body parts. Like there was a X, Y, Z just for the breasts. Looked weird as hell making them big. but there's also a value for how broad the shoulders go.

Hopefully they add more to the game with some tweaking. Character Creation is the game's strongest feature.
