Survivor blood code not unlocking
So I have all three vestiges but it seems the blood code is bugged for me. Never happened with another blood code, just this one. Anyone have any idea why?

you have the vestiges but did you find the core?

The core is a separate item from the vestiges that can be found in the Ashen Caverns map. You'll have to find it to unlock it.
