This was tested with 1 active fully loaded active blood code + 5 reserved fully loaded blood codes.
3 out of 3 summons worked. 2 with randos + 1 private.

If you use multiple blood codes and switch between them often, the game will save what gifts and passives you equipped. Go back to those different blood codes and remove the gifts and passives that are saved on them.
Np. Hope more people figure this out because its a really annoying problem to have.
