Any way to have quick mobility on a dark mage with maxed out dps?

I can make a light mage with quick mobility, but it looks like suicide spur is just too heavy

It seems the only way is to transform suicide spur into the alleviation version and even after that you can be quick only when using a bayonet + revenants ambition

Unfortunately, I can't equip Iceblood when having equipped Harmonia's code. And I don't have the Queen's code.

Bayonet + isis probably, but mage stats won’t be above b+
There is also hobo veil (don’t remember name). It is If i am not mistaken best dark mage veil, but I don’t remember mobility

I checked. Madman veil with spikes and probably queen code (A mage stats + high mobility with rifle)

What's a madman veil? U mean suicide spur? It's with spikes.

harmonia + libertador devour + suicide spur alleviation + revenant's ambition

isis + libertador devour + suicide spur alleviation

caster + libertador devour + suicide spur alleviation

queen + libertador devour + suicide spur alleviation

blackblood strife alleviation probably works as well but i don't have that right now.

i have no idea how to deal proper damage with dark mages though. they seem pathetically weak. dark shout + fourfold verdict every 20 sec is the best i found and it sucks.
the sand aoes are really nice for non boss enemies though.

You're looking for a Blood Veil that goes by the name 'Ivory Grace'. It has 12 Weight and equal Light/Dark Gain, but lower than Suicide Spur for Dark Gain. This will get you low-enough weight for 'Quick' mobility for Blazing Claw and Iceblood, provided you have a Passive Gift that increases STR/DEX to use them, like Iceblood.

The thing is... I don't remember where you get the Blood Veil from...Probably from the last area.

Or you could just use Hasten? If you are looking to use Swift Destruction, the weapon you have out does not scale into the spell damage, only whether it is quick or not.
