Wg - Master 117 Revenant Dagger, how does it work?

Soo, I recently noticed all those nifty dohickeys pilling up in my inventory that give all kinds of benefits/talents without having to master them or their bloodcode first and I figured out how most of them work. I say most because from the title, for the life of me, I can not get this one talent to work.

It is a passive that "tosses a dagger at an enemy and steals ichor if it connects". That is pretty usefull if it would work. I tried pretty much everything to get it to work, from trying to acitvate a skill with 0 ichor, dodging enemies like Murasames fire-mine skill and even throwing a normal dagger while having the skill equibtet but nothing works and I can not find an answer on YT or on here either.

So my question here is, does anyone of you has this figured out? it would be much apreciated to get some sort of answer since I like to play caster-like builds in Code Vein and that skill would be a real help.

just using a throwing knife should be enough for it to activate when you have it equipped. provided it hits your target

Ya, I just tried again and it is just as you said. The amount of Ichor gained is just so minimal that I did not notice. Guess I was expecting to much.^^°
