Atlas vestige part C missing

So i'm at the last boss and have been for awhile (well i'm assuming the last fight starts after i kill the next boss so i've been lazy), been twiddling my thumbs here whilst trying to get all the achievements, items etc and for some stupid reason the atlas vestige part c is missing in my game, i've checked repeatedly where it's meant to be and no dice.

yes. i know this.
not only have a completed the area meticulously multiple times, I also straight up looked up a straight run to where it is.
went there. killed the enemy guarding it, no vestige to be found.

I have the same issue. I picked up the vestige part, but it's just not in my inventory.
The game is buggy as ♥♥♥♥, vestige parts are routinely missing from the people's games.

Having the same issue, did anyone ever find a fix, or am I just out that blood code?

I am certain I found it all, but where it is exactly, I can't help you as I haven't played the game in years. But it's certainly there.

I found it. The only reason I was there was to pick it up, but when I went to turn it in with part D, I still didn't have it. went back to check, and it didn't respawn or something. Reloaded game, not in inv, not on rock
