Gustav Side Quest Help

I can't retrieve to Gustav the item "Damage Report" to continue the quest, someone knows what i need to do?

Im not sure if i understand correctly do you have the Item already or do you need to find it?

Like i said, i can't retrieve, so i do have the item

Location 1:
Ruined City Center - Closest Mistle: Parking Garage

Location 2:
Cathedral of the Sacred Blood - Closest Mistle: Outlook Tower

Location 3:
Ridge of Frozen Souls - Closest Mistle: Observatory Site

After that you will find Gustav in the Ashen Cavern at the Accumulator Ruins Mistle, he will the give you a depths map that you will have to explore, to continue the side quest.

Also if you want to know the location of the Mistle agent for one of the Self-Important Revenant side quests that would be...
