What depths map are worth doing?

I've done the first 2 ones, and they only seemed to drop upgrade materials.

Are there any maps later on that are worth doing?

There are 2 diffrent blood codes only found in the depths so id say all of them.

adding to that there's a bunch of gifts items laying around, most noticeable is lightning and flame barrage

Almost all of them have something important inside somewhere, like a vestige core or part. Aside from that they're just areas you go to revisit bosses you've encountered earlier on

I should mention there also great for getting badges of honor from co op since each boss gives them.

You either farm medals, or upgrade mats you need, for late game the best map to farm is void district.

They are all worth it, some give you better Equip for free, Blood Codes, stuff for upgrading, plus you get a Achievement for doing all and its a good Grinding spot for Medals due every Boss gives you one, i think.
