edit the feeling that mc gave me in this game is just an observer not real main character lol except in the last 2 location when he suddenly became a savior but that not the case either in the true end of the game. I still like the game though don;t missunderstood me
Honestly, I love games where the PC is not the MC. White Knight Chronicles did it as well and it is a wonderful change of pace IMO, not being stuck as the One True Hero, but instead a dude who is just there to go along for the ride adn enjoy the story. It also helps to prevent the whole. I would NOT have done that as the MC problems that crop up in some stories.
This is my initial thoughts and first impressions, as well (didn't think so far to family though!). Everyone (except Io) gives this vibe as we interact. This is why I'm not too sure if Mia does have feelings or not; leading into this discussion.
yep the change of pace is good. If the game let us choose whose side we are when the story reach Mido it will become a much better game on my opinion.
hmm i dunno, i'm still getting the vibe that there is no such feeling on this game, Mia/ Louis action (if you played female character) is still within the range of a friend who have a need to repay the said MC because he help them with their problem before. yeah family maybe going to far lol
But, it could also be because I play as a female MC, and I'm being biased. Yakumo is my most fave after all. Haha xD
Though in bad ending, Louis cried when he was forced to kill the MC, and he started to get into me too after that. LOL.
Ah yeah, sisterly vibes! Like I mentioned before, I also can't help but to notice that vibe as well. However, Murasame mentions that Mia MAY be the same age around her (roughly 16-17 years). Judging from our characters overall, I like to think that our characters are 20+ years, so I found it a bit weird that Mia goes ara ara big sister mode on us. Speaking of sisterly vibe, Murasame giving me the cheery little sister kind of thing....
And also, interesting point of view on Yakumo; he does feel like a caring brother towards the MC and the gang! Feels like that MC's relationships are dynamic depending on the gender, doesn't it?
