Karen Blood Code Demeter

I am already beaten the game and she still won't give me the blood code, do i need to replay the game again to get it or is it a bug.
Somebody please help.
And by the way you're supposed to leave the cathedral boss area through the door with the orange barrier right?
Because i can't leave the boss area that way, i can only teleporting out through the mistle.

it is the vestige that lies in front of her dont know what you have to do to get it though. went there around when i was close to the end boss and then it was lying there in front of her

I've been teleporting back and forth the last mistle of the cathedral and i still got nothing
Furthermore there's a X symbol just right in front of her but there is nothing there.

There is a pure blood item there that I think you have to pick up before her code will spawn.

i already picked it up so there's nothing there except a X symbol there on the map

Have to have save all the successors. After all 4, go back to Karen and it's on the ground in front of her.

got it on my first playthrough where i only saved 3 out of 4 successors so its probably not based on how many successors you have saved (except maybe if you killed them all)

I got it after completing that successor researcher's questline so, try that?

I got it on my bad ending route, letting all four die. Appeared right after the sand area was finished.

Nah, i gave her all three part of the successor and talked to her when she appeared in front of the church for the second time and the game still won't give me the blood code.

She drops 2-3 pure bloods and then drops it. If you see an item on your mini map directly in front of her then it(or the blood) should be there. After picking up the blood, upon returning to visit her after the second or third time you'll see what looks like a vestige lying on the ground. That's the blood code.

Every time I've found the code was after having retrieved those pure bloods she dropped and beating Mido.

Bring Louis down and grab the Pure Blood (if there's any left). Return to Home Base, then back to Cathedral and down again.

I recall grabbing Demeter before fighting Cannoneer/BladeBearer during a True Ending playthrough. If people are getting Demeter doing Bad End, then it means it doesn't matter if you save Aurora/Ribcage or not.

here is a screenshot of the game and as you can see on the minimap, there's a X symbol in front of karen but it's nothing there
