stuck at home base
I'm at the start in the home base and have talked to all the characters multiple times, talked to Io and asked both questions. But the option to teleport to the underground isn't showing up.

Your screenshot with the mistle shows you are kinda not noticing there are 2 portraits. One is Home Base and Tutorial. The other is the Underground. If you are on Keyboard, try using your arrow keys to navigate the menu.

The underground? are you confusing the full game with the demo version which is different?

I can't teleport there. The only options I see are home base and tutorial.

check the info board near where io stands. else try to go into the hot spring think game forces you to go there once ^^

the note on the map literally says to explore the ruined city underground.

Already been in and out of the hotspring multiple times.

yes. already talked to lois and given blood sample, talked with him again etc.

again, I have talked to all characters and run out of dialog with them.

you might have to upgrade a weapon or buy an item just take a moment and talk to everyone especially louis he has quite a few lines did he give you his blood code?

yes, again, he's given his code. again, I have exhausted all his dialog options and he says he's ready to head out.

I don't have enough haze to upgrade a weapon. I have sold several though, leveled up etc.

did you get davis and have you tried restarting? could you give a screenshot (using steam)?
