Heavy armour question

Hi! on the description for atlas it says about being able to use heavy armour but where'd I find it?

Wolf veils are usually heavy armor.
But any kind of veil has a weight stat, it reffers to that.

It's just armour that has a high weight rating.

It's the heavy veils with a lot of damage resistance (silver garb for example), toss in some dmg and stagger reduction gifts on yourself and just facetank the world

By the way VIT is the physical reduction stat, so if you want to tank you can use atlas and a vit passive to get S+ in VIT, then youre good to go.
