okay, so when u are looking at the elevator that goes down to the Skull King, go roll around in the boxes to the right of it, there should be a door there. Happy Hunting.

I heard you had to get all the Eos Vestiges before the final boss fight to get the true ending.. I haven't fought the Skull King yet, but I'm on his bridge. Is it too late to get the true ending? Io already spoke to the dying Attendants.

Go out and see if the Attendant is still near the Elevator, if so, I think you're in the clear.

You are fine in regards to getting the True End as long as you get those vestiges before you kill it.
But you need to have restored all the 4 Successors Memories as well, not walking out the door of light in their memories.

Yea. I wasn't about to leave any of them, especially Nikola, in those states. Lol. Thanks for the info. Now to beat the second half of this boss that's 2-shotting me. :^)
