Where do i find this one?

Richard's Locations in order:

1st Location - Hall of Deception Mistle

2nd Location - Ridge of Frozen Souls Entrance (In the dropdown area where the two corrupted Revenants Are)

3rd Location - Natural Cavern Depths Mistle

I've done both their sidequests and exhausted their diaologues but Richard just refuses to give me the map, so I think you can softlock yourself out the achievement.
