anyone know where it is? i found all the parts for it i think but not the vestige itself

Have you completed the Cathedral? I'm currently stuck at the end of it due to a bug that's preventing me from progressing, but several other codes have been rewards for bosses while their various "parts" were scattered around the area prior.

i currently have 100% exploration on the catedral but i didn't went to the boss because i heard i have to finish the vestige BEFORE the boss or i'm locked out of the true end

It's the one on the pedestal the is lifted most likely. I never found out how to get it. It's before you get the ornate key.

I think the area completion percentage only refers to map completion, not item pickups so it is possible you missed something.

you get it after defeating the boss, you meet someone at the gate to get the memories right before you open the door.

if i defeat the boss while missing a part i'm locked out of the true end

Not all parts of a veatige are in the same map, some are dispersed through them.
