Cannot speak to Coco or Murasame after first boss.

Just beat the first boss and was went to the Home Base. All Louis is saying to me is that I should speak to Coco and Murasame and they they 'should' be ready to talk to me and sell me stuff. But when I try to talk to them, all they say is "Oh sorry, I can't sell to you right now" or whatever. I've tried talking to everyone in Home Base and I've restarted my game. Any ideas?

What worked for me is that I talked to everyone at least once, and then visited the hot springs and taken a dip.

Hmmm... My order of things was.

Talk to Louis -> Talk to Murasame & Coco -> Talk to Louis again (Asks you for a sample of blood) -> Talk to Louis for a third time. (Gives you his blood code) -> Talk to Louis for a fourth time (Inducts you into his research company.)

I have the same issue as the OP.

Talk to everyone -> Talk to Louis again (Asks me for a sample of blood) -> Talk to Louis for a third time but he says to talk to Murasame and Coco -> I go to them and they advise they have nothing to tell me >_>

I went to Hot Springs again and restarted the game. Both girls still have nothing to say.

My friend got the same issue last night. I think he just spam-chatted to Louis in the end, a load of times in succession, then it worked.

lol you're right. I just ignored him sending me to others and skipped the chat until new lines appeared.

let Louis finish his dialogue rather than reading the subs, this worked for me.

If you equip louis bloodcode then talk to him it should fix it.
