You can improve it further with Passives from some Codes.
Passive is improved regeneration (~+500 hp per heal)
gift is regenerator (~+200 per heal)
so max estimate heal is 1750 hp per use
(but i think pure blood have infinite hp limit, that it can heal - aka devine blessing from DS, but it 1 time use)
'Regeneration Shift' from Code:Heimdall - +840 Heal, but minus 2 Regeneration uses.
'Improved Regeneration' from Code:Warrior - +420 Heal. No downside.
'Augmented Regeneration' from Code:Scout - +0 Heal, but adds 2 Regeneration uses (to 12).
'Regenerator' Active Gift from Code:Eos - +141 Heal, can be stacked with Io's Regenerator.
Regen Factor and Pure Blood (both consumables) are not affected by Gifts..
For insane combos you can:
1. Put on Augmented Regeneration
2. Out of combat change 1 passive to Improved Regeneration if you need heal and then back
3. After you spent +2 from Augmented Regeneration change it to Improved Regeneration
4. After you spent 2 more you can
4.1 Add Regeneration Shift
4.2 change Improved Regeneration to Regeneration Shift
