if they summoned me in front of the boss door, i assume that they probably frustrated enough and want to end it quickly
If you summoned me not in front of the boss door I might just go support build to make sure youre alive
at least that's what i did when i summoned someone into my game (or when my friend summoned me into his game) in front of the boss door, otherwise am doing it solo
It really is laggy.
u summon random ppls to help u and yet u r whining about they carry u through ur game ? what kind of ungraceful r u ?
I save meta builds for my solo plays personally. Good friend of mine likes to play more with free fun builds, and I'm cool with that too. Well...when I can get him to play that is.
If you want to play more casual style or immersive builds with others of similar mindset, ask about.
Not to be rude in any way but I disagree with this part. Looking at things objectively, ignoring the unique skills all the builds are kinda the same no matter which Blood Code you pick besides the scaling differs a little. In this case Queenslayer with Final Journey really is the best option for any boss killing build. Final Journey is OP even for gunner/mages compared to picking a Blood Code with unique skills or higher scaling. Plus Queenslayer still has good stat spread for equipping basically anything especially for melee+Bridge of Glory it's pretty much the best Blood Code.
As for the other unique skills. They suck or they just are no match for Final Journey and what you can do with Queenslayer.
Like what even is there?
Also I find it better to just DPS things down quickly with a more offensive build than spend longer fighting or getting overwhelmed as well compared something more support focused.
If you even want Ichor then just use Weapon Drain Rating Up with a Devour Weapon and have a high Dark gift Blood Veil and pop Bloodsucking Blades.
And if I need to empty out my entire Blood Codes to even connect to someone then I may as well stick with what works best. Not to mention if someone needs help badly and I really need to kill something before they run out of heals.
Edit: The game is still new-ish. Maybe if we can get some balance patches like in Dark Souls (minus the heavy miracle nerfs) then we can have better options open up.
Should last 30 seconds for how much it does, not 3 minutes.
Your HP gets set 1 and you can completely ignore the damage and stagger from 3 hits max (also ignore poison). During this time you can use infinite Ichor, stamina and skills get 50% cooldown reduction. You keep the 50% damage increase for melee and guns. But Gift Light/Dark does not increase since you already have the cooldown reduction and infinite Ichor. (Barrage spam already OP as is)
If you either get hit 4 times or 25 seconds passes then you die. Gift Extension will not effect this.
This is a true do or die moment then where you can try go all out like some sort of berserker.
Not going to touch the too-strong Gift with a ten-foot pole.
I'm really hoping they will buff up the other Gifts to be near or on par with FJ. Supernatural Blood is super-duper interesting. Sly Vengeance is cool but deals such pathetic damage with a Block build. I've been trying out the hp-to-damage from Heimdall (forgot that Gift's name) and it's been a fun trade.
I think it would still be good, but not overpowered if it were:
- changed to only heal you, maybe restore all your ichor but still kill you in 3 minutes.
- changed to last maybe 20 or 30 seconds, so it's a last-ditch effort and not something you just pop at the beginning of every boss fight and then casually destroy them in half the duration.
