Can this game run on my PC?

Here are my specs:

Intel(R) Core (TM)
i5 - 4210U CPU
1.70GHZ
4GB RAM
Intel(R) HD Graphics
4400

from what i can tell it almost reaches the Minimum requirements... i wanted to know if it was possible to mess with the options to improve performance.

People have suggested that i buy and refund if it doesn't work but from what i know, if i do that, my money will be stuck in my steam wallet and i don't want that.

Bandai, if by any chance you're reading this, please add a small Demo or a Benchmark of sorts to help figure out this stuff.

At 800x600 and at around the same screen resolution you should be able to hit 60fps.

I can't get into online games but Im 90% sure that's on Bandai's end, I've only played one game out of what.. the 30 I tried? Story mode, arcade, the lobby, practice ect everything works fine.

Even than I doubt that the CPU and lack of RAM will not lead to slow downs.

i´ve installed in my ultrabook with a i5-6200u and i can run it at 720p/60fps at low and 90% render percentage

I'm going to be upgrading to 8gb RAM soon and that should help a little bit. I suggest you do the same it's not much for the impact it has
