Fightstick issues

I am using a victrix pro FS, it seems to work in "Them's fightin herds" and I can get it to work for my player in Soul Cal 6 but for my menus all my buttons are messed up or switched around. In this game (DBFZ) it wont work whatsoever not even for the press any button screen, getting into a match (navigating by keyboard) I still cant use my controller for any inputs. does anyone have any idea on why this might be?

I attempted the steam controller before and it didn't work, just tried to download the program, followed instructions but didnt seem to work for Dragon ball fighterz still. With the steam controller I got some response, all my buttons worked and pressing up went down and left went right only. I tried it again even after the download and it stopped working at all

i to have a Victrix Pro FS all you have to do is go in your settings - controllers - make a new remap of your buttons - skip the unused ones that the Victrix cant use - confirm and save and you should get it it working for all your FGs.

Well I saw what I did wrong kinda, Some things just still didnt make sense but I went back and seemed to figure it out. Thanks for the help, sorry for my ignorance haha.
