But basically there are a four groups of bee hives that can be purchased for your farm. You will see then when nearby, & pressing the Engineer's Sight (RMB default). They display just like the scarecrows do when pressing the Engineer's Sight key. One set of beehives is located right inside the fence by the main driveway into the farm next to the chickens coop. Two other groups are near the greenhouse, & the final one is near the manure loading spot for the cow barns.
Bees do not give out honey every day, but you can check (again with Engineer's Sight), & see if any honey is available to collect. You will have better chance of acquiring honey if flowers are nearby the hives. You can purchase flower seeds from the Agricultural Store, John's Store, or at the September Festival. John's Store has the required tools, & you can also find many supplies in the treasure chests located around the world.
