Went from Level 8 to Level 10, I should be at 9 until I hit 1.1 million XP but the XP bar bugged out as well. Holy bugsaroni lol 

Maximum number of jobs is 12 apparently. Super helpful to have two of every vehicle crewed by the AI, makes the game go by faster.
