New to game advice on Premium Weapons and limited time special offers.

I admit I am one of those people who do pay real life money. Not tons. But if I love a game I don't mind spending $100 here or there in a month etc. Or $5,000 in a day. (Kidding!)

I bought a level 20 premium weapon but kind of want a level 50 premium weapon as I will be level 50 soon. I did not buy the last level 50 one I saw. I believe that each player gets the same offers and some only come around every week or month? They just put out the Elite Veterans Package. I would have bought it but I already bought a few of those Black Strongbox Augment Core packages. lol So I don't need any more Nano Boxes. Right now...

1. My question is how often do new Premium weapons come around or packages were I can buy Black Strong Boxes and or Augment Cores?

2. I heard that loot kind of scales with your level? I kind of wasted getting a few black boxes around level 30. I really should be like what level 80+ before bothering to pay real money for Black Boxes?

3. I assume that late/end game Premium weapons fall short of Black Box drops right? Maybe at any level a good Black quality weapon may surpass Premium but Premium still have other advantages in the early to mid game for exp and free augments.

4. The highest level Premium weapons require level 50 to use right? How viable are they like level 90+

I don't know if I will be in this game long term or not. I'm loving the actual game play. Once I am high level I may need to like join a discord or something and do nightmare runs! Random games just don't cut it if I want to get Augment cores.

about black items. yeah. the higher character's level, the stronger black weapon you will get.
