So I just found out about yet another major bug in which for the sake I'm giving out all the details on how to reproduce this glitch and see if it's just me somehow? Or this can happen on multiple instances. Long story short I booted up the Recovery mission map on singleplayer, I was driving the grey car and my boss was a basic Devastator. Here's the thing, the Devastator in question will glitch out and stop following you only while you're driving the car, soon as I get out of it then it will continue run...

Anyone tried it?? comes out to about 18% chance to stun and for about 1.75 seconds .... i think thats broken??? :) constant stun with high rate of fire gun??
