You really don't need that much of points on pay grade ,it's nothing but a waste.
Congradulation!Go build another character or reset your skill.

I'm playing Assault and I the order I put my skills in were 1 adrenalin, 1 killing spree, 1 critical shot, 1 fast movement, dump into adrenalin to 25 except to get 1 point in assault team at lvl 20, and 1 point in Body Armor Expert. When I was done with dumping into adrenalin i was lvl 31. I'm now lvl 32 and i put that point into Body Armor Expert. I plan to dump into crit shot to 25 next for that nice boost in DPS, get Fast Reload to 5, Fast Movement to 10, BAE to 10, and Field supplies to 8. That puts me at lvl 86 i think. Field Supplies is good for saving money buying HD ammo and doing HD ammo contracts. I'm not sure where i'm going to put the last 14 points, but this should give you an idea of what to do for now. So in short this is the Assault skill build I plan to use in order of important:

Up to lvl 86.
1. Adrenalin - 25
2. Critical Shot - 25
3. Fast Movement - 10
4. Body Armor Expert - 10
5. Fast Reload - 5
6. Killing Spreed - 1
7. Assault Team - 1
8. Field Supplies - 8

For medic, I actually played that class first and it was my main character on the web version of SAS4 that I used to play up to lvl 100. My advice is to get your medic heal ability to 15/20. For Vaccine I used to max it, but then I found it was completely useless for killing the boss in nightmare so I just got rid of it later when I had a couple of respecs to play with. For Biocleanse put 8 points into it to where it lasts long enough to recast it again when the effect just ends. Since you heavily use energy, Medusa boots are MVP for medic because it has natural energy regen on the boots. Put Machine Assist and Revitalizing on medusa boots. Movement speed and increased energy regen will help you ALOT. I'll post a medic skill build later.

good build but imo field supplies can be canceled out with farm/grinding.

Here's what my build was for my lvl 100 medic when I quit on the web version of this game. Keep in mind I have 103 skill points here since I got the 3 bonus skill points from the bonus augment exp rewards. Normally its 100 skill points max you can use at lvl 100 without the bonus, but on the web version you can get 1,2, and 5 bonus skill points or 107 skill points total. Your first skill is put into Medkit at lvl 1 when your character is created.

1. Medkit - 20
2. Fast Movement - 25
3. Fast Reload - 10
4. Body Armour Expert -14
5. Pay Grade - 25
6. Field Supplies - 8

Now since this is the web version i was trying to make as much money and save as much money possible for the augment exp you get from upgrading weapons so i could get the lvl 15 augment reward. That's where you get 3x Elite Augment Cores, and 5 bonus Skill Points. However, this is the build I went into after respeccing. So getting Pay Grade is a bad idea since it doesn't give you that much anyway and there is no augment exp in mobile either. Instead go for this build for "Combat Medic".

1. Medkit - 25
2. Critical Shot - 25
3. Fast Reload - 10
4. Fast Movement - 15
5. Body Armour Expert - 17
6. Biocleanse - 8

If you want to do well in the events as a medic I think this is the best build to go for. I don't recommend getting Zombie Antidote for Nightmare runs. Its great for the Last Man Stand or Apocalypse events, but not great for taking out bosses. Since you are going Combat Medic, also avoid Revive, Protective Aura, and Final Farewell that alot of newbie medics go for. Bad Blood is a terrible skill no medic should get. But the basic idea is to just ignore the following skills for any of the 3 classes for Base Skills:

Recovery Time, Grenade Damage, Health Regen, Energy Boost, and Energy Regen.

Toughness might be useful for Heavy, but that means less dps or less BAE points for defense and not quite as effective healing from medic since they have to heal more hit points. You would think Energy Regen would be useful on Medic, but you can get all the energy regen you need from Medusa boots with Revitalising on it.

So yea, you can dissagree with me and make your own build to "have fun" but you won't be having fun once you decide to try to be top 10% where you actually need to be competitive. But Medkit, Critical Shot, Fast Reload, Fast Movement, BAE, and Biocleanse are the most important for Medic to get.

thanks mate! i always get top 7% on events! ill do that medic build of yours!

Personally i turned myself into an unlimited heal for my teammates. I dumped 21 points into final farewell so i splash 100 % heal all teammates and drop an extra 10 medpacks. Set my armor to recovery, so i respawn before the medpacks disappear, i loot it to top my hp back to 100%.
then add a couple of points to medpacks just to make them stronger so my teammates can use some of them in case they were not close enough to me during the 100% heal.
So far i join games, go afk *missions where there are no objectives other than survive*, and i come back with a ton of exp cash and loot while being completely useful to my teammates.

my other build was to max the chemical and fire armor aura. *it was pretty useless so far, since my teammates still kept dying, but i think ill make a new medic for this again. (i resetted it to get the fountain of life medic above.
