Chance of black keys/ aug cores from nightmare?

I have won probably 20 games of nightmare, and I've never gotten a single black key or elite augment core from it. If its like a 5% chance or under I wouldn't be surprised, and that would explain why I haven't received any. It doesn't seem to show the probability anywhere

Black boxes have the lowest drop chance out of any other box and can be found in any mode.
Cores can be found in nightmare mode from nantoniums dropped by elite savage devastators (5% chance) and elite savage necros (15% chance, lvl 396 to 400 game required for boss spawn).
