HD Ammo and Mastery's

Someone said that HD Ammo is a waste of time and that HD Ammo isnt that much of a difference compared to Cost and time it takes to achieve full mastery.. First, dont give misleading and wrong information. Ive noticed that onot only in words but in gameplay, the vast majority of the players here are Idiots. Not only do people give incorrect information, but DOT reveal important information.

HD Ammo at the beginning affords 25% Increase in damage, Level 5 Mastery increases weapons damage by 50%..that is a major increase in damage. How much of an increase? A Red 10/3 Weapon with HD Ammo with level 5 Mastery is EQUAL to a Black 10/3 Weapon with standard Ammo. by just Using HD Ammo Level 5 mastery, a Red Weapon is EQUAL to a Black weapon of the dsame type. Hows is that a "Waste"? The Idiocy of people here.

Its not difficult or Expensive to achieve Level 5 HD Ammo mastery, Dont use Heavy Weapons to achieve the Mastery's, I ve heard of people Using a RL to achieve this, Why? Why use Expensive Ammo to obtain the mastery.

Do what I did,use some common sense. Use a Pistol to obtain the HD Mastery. The best Pistol to use is either the Ronson 55 or Trailblazer. The HD ammo is cheap and the weapons have high pierce and damage. Use nothing but the pistol in Apocolypse and Last man standing ON Selective zombies..the Weaker ones, Shamblers, Runners, Stalkers. Because the zombies spawn in a straighrt line, you can easily kill multiple shamblers , etc.with a Ronson 55 or mobs of runners, etc. with a Trailblazer,.

In fact, the HD Ammo Mastery is the Easiest and most Effective Mastery in the game. And the cost of Ammo is Low even for RL. if Contracts are Used. Ex. My Red Hiks 10/3 with Level 5 Hd Ammo Mastery has damage Equal to a Black Hiks 10/3 without Hd Ammo. That is a major Increase, The HD Ammo affords me a 10/3 Black Weapon until I can Obtain a 10/3 Black Hiks,

Also, a 10/3 Red with Level 5 Hd Ammo has more damage potential than a 8/3 Black weapon without HD Ammo. . DONt give misleading information, if you dont know the facts, TOO much informatuon, not enough facts, Its too common on the internet, not just here.

i get what your saying and i agree but i dont think most people even know their giving wrong info.

this is what, the 4th SAS game? so things change here and there, it was originally for just a browser and they made more changes before coming over to steam. meaning there is kinda like two manuals. the wiki site is riddled with wrong info. (like the gun mod expert skill literally does nothing but its still in the game and not mentioned in wiki as being useless). steam discussion is the most help honestly but half the time people dont realize theyre wrong

not sure if you mean the ronson 55 (smg) or the ronson 45 (pistol) but your point still stands as HD ammo for the 55 is dirt cheap at 2560 credits for 400 rounds (red), and the mastery should be started early game to maximise late game benefits. another thing i want to mention is field supplies, every level gives 15% so three level in field supplies gives about the same amount of HD ammo as a HD ammo pack
