Can't login to the game.

Hi,

I've recently installed this game but wasn't able to play. The reason being is that I can't get past the ninja kiwi logo, after that it goes to black screen and force crashes to desktop.

I have a Win10 64bit OS and I've tried reinstalling and verifying the game files but the same issues exist.

If anyone experienced this before and was able to solve it, kindly drop a comment.
