Black box Rerolling on youtube

Some ppl are posting youtube vidio's of sas4 and they mention Black Box re-rolling.. what do they mean with this ?
I have only gotten 2 Black Box's do i need to reroll them before i can open them ?
What is re-rolling of back boxes ? Can anyone tell me what this means?

Sometimes with loading i see lvl 40 ish ppl with all black gear and guns.
Did they reroll or something ? or are those cheats ?

Well there are a few ways they could have black gear.
there were a few sales not to long ago for 20$ that included like five black chests and 10 keys. Could had gotten 1% or 10% in events and won their keys that way, or hell even got them from being carried in NM

As for rerolling, you can apparently mess about with your local and cloud save to allow you to reroll your boxes till you get what you want. There was some spanish thread about it not to long ago that detailed how to do it.

?? local and cloud save ?? but are you then altering files witch is cheating ? or not ? if it is not cheating then i would like to get my chances up for good items that i can use. if it is cheating then no thx :D

Let me tell you some secrets:
This is how rerolling works. You have to have your steam account connected to your phone account. Have it synced. Now, say you have a black box, you first open that box on steam and see if you get anything good. If you get something good, then you open settings menu and do force back up. If not, then you exit the steam version without saving. And open the phone version. It takes quite a while for steam and phone to sync. You load into mobile version and chose cloud storage. And open black box on phone and if you get something good, you do force back up. You could do this infinitely. This also works with NM tickets.

Both ways work the phone way is norm safer. The other way you might f it up and deleat your account

i buy 5 keys and made force backup to in the case of the things in the black boxes are no that great reroll it, but you can`t reroll it, you give the exact same thing than you get before the reroll and for the lvl 40 with all black gear: 2 things can happen, they buy the nm veteran pack when is cheaper or they hack and open 10000 black boxes

Black BOX trash - 7 opened in a ROW = Zero essenses , all trash items. Lvl 50.

dont open up your black boxes till you hit 85, before that is a bad idea.

I tried that and it seems that Android and Steam remember stuff the gave initially. Yes, they give different stuff relating to each other but the same stuff despite alternating between them. For instance:
1) Steam gives black Special Forces Gloves 4 (closing Steam without saving, opening Android with Cloud)
2) Android gives black HVM Boots 7 (closing Android without saving, opening Steam with Cloud)
3) Steam gives black Special Forces Gloves 4-10 (closing Steam without saving, opening Android with Cloud)
4) Android gives black HVM Boots 4-10 and so on.
We can change the number of augment slots this way. Whether internet on or off does not matter. The result is always the same.
There is the third way to change the item from one black box; we can open it immediately to get one item or Open Later to get another item in Android. By weird circumstance, the game remembers what we get, opening the box in Steam (it gives the same item when we open the box in Steam), in Elite Inventory (it gives the same item when we open the box in Elite Inventory) and in opening the box immediately after getting it (Event, buying, after a round). Whatever way chain I'd try, it 100% gives the same stuff, according to the way I open the damn box.

I need black HVM Kevlar suit to fulfil the Collection. I have tried five times to get an item of that suit by giving Event black boxes to my low level character. Every time I gave him five black boxes, reached level 25 and imagine my disappointment every time, opening the set of boxes. 5 times by 5 boxes equals to 25. No black HVM Kevlar item. None of five of them! It is not a coincidence. Only gamers, playing old version can have an item of HVM Kevlar. They also can have purchasable Phantom.
