i want to reach 99% dmg reduce in all 3 types

you can get 99% 99% 99% with out hard plate.
the set i use is
dragonfly helm
rubicon
titan gloves
dragonfly pants
mem sprint

with all black you can balince your stats at around 85% with 20 bae if its all 10**
with cores you can get to 99%

speed with the armor with set is arounf 53% at 10**

i would never give up speed for res just becuse of dark mobs that say F your res let me smack that booty to next weak

I have points in reload, movement speed, health, and armor. Should I be spreading them out less?

you dont need points in HP dont go over 10 in reload (with 5 you can get cap) speed i would go max 20 armor go nuts most builds need 20+
