Example of this happening with previous games is their SAS 3.
It's just the way they do things.
Also no updates, ever. They stopped a long freaking time ago. So sad.
And Toxers, (forgot how to spell it) was like the sh*t.
I use to play the crap out of SAS2, SAS3, and Counter-Snipe. Unfortunately I lost all my progress multiple times so I just kinda gave up on the web browser versions. SAS2 I can still play nowadays since my account was linked to Ninjakiwi, I just need to re-grind my rank. SAS3 I've completely abandoned and moved onto the superior mobile version.
Man I miss Mochigames....
What version is the browser version? By the way, just so you know, the browser version is no longer supported. They've announced it on https://ninjakiwi.com/blog/news/173197-what-s-up-at-ninja-kiwi-19-august-2016
So while the browser version still garners players, its RIP. It suffered a slightly better fate than SAS3 which as I've stated, is decades behind the superior mobile version. Maybe SAS4 browser is still ahead of mobile, but give it a bit of time and it'll be equivalent and eventually better. Just like SAS3, browser version is ancient and abandoned compared to mobile version.
That they went through the time, and effort to port it over to Steam?
Absolutely nothing?
They'll just stop with the game? Right here?
Well if they do that, where's our SAS3 Steam version!?
For example:
SASZA3 version 3.10 - July 4th, 2016
SASZA3 version 3.0 - Jan 3rd, 2015
SASZA3 version 2.55 - Dec 20th, 2013
SASZA3 version 2.54 - Oct 11th, 2013
SASZA3 version 2.52 - Sept 20th, 2013
SASZA3 version 2.51 - Aug 20th, 2013
SASZA3 version 2.043 - May 20th, 2013
SASZA3 version 2.040 - May 3rd, 2013
SASZA3 version 2.030 - Feb 23rd, 2013
SASZA4 version 1.9.1 - Nov 2nd, 2016
SASZA4 version 1.8 - May 27th, 2016
SASZA4 version1.7 - Mar 24th, 2016
Notice the GIANT gap between version 2.55, version 3.0, and version 3.10 of SASZA3. Thats not even the BIGGEST GAP. If you look at the iPad/HD version of SASZA3.
SASZA3 HD version 3.10 - July 4th, 2016
SASZA3 HD version 2.55 - Dec 20th, 2013
Notice how the HD/iPad version of the game completely skipped over ver 3.0 and just went straight to 3.10. They basically copied the same standard mobile patch notes and pasted it to the HD version with ver 3.0 in the 3.10 update notes.
Just so you know, the HD version NEVER GOT 3.0 when it came out. I was playing SAS3 3.0 on mobile just fine with squads and friends. When I played on the HD version, it was STILL 2.55 and it STAYED 2.55 for the longest time. They literally skilled 3.0 for HD until 3.10 came out.
