Augment - Overclocked %

Does overclocked always increes with the same % or does it change for higher levels?
My Black Luftplatzen has ***6, and i was planing to do Deadly (300 times 6) - Overclocked (0,3%) times 6 - Skeletonized (3%) times 6 - Does overclockt end up 0,3 x 6 = 1,8 or diferent? And skeletonized 3 x 6 = 18 less movement speed reduction (currently -26 %) or does it not add up like that? This is my first Black item and i reallllllllly want to make the most of a bad drop ( i wanted a good primary weapon or sniper for bosses)

Over all al lv 10 is doubles the speed of the gun have never payed attrition to the % incress

Black luft is good for both but expensive to use for mobbing, don't put skeletronized, if you really don't wanna put adaptive put capacity instead then.

I need skeletronized to be able to move around a bit. I don't like standing still.
Does anyone know if the % overclocked stays the same for all increeses or does it vary ?
