its better to not trust then let it rip! cancel and redownload again and if it happens again something may be trying to access while using steam. i had this happen recently on a game i had been playing though i had been playing for weeks and it popped it up virused. i just deleted the game from my drive believing an update had been corrupt or something but didnt take any chances. try again at another date and see what goes down then.

thanks, ill keep that in mind, my antivirus was able to delete the file and i did a file verification through steam and it downloaded the file individually and it didnt stop it this time.
It's a sort of a common thing, sometimes games will give false positives. My antivirus quarantined files from games like Dying Light, World of Warships and Lambda Wars. A quick Google search on the qaurantined files will yield results of other people with the same problems. In all my situations, many had the same false positives and it was easy to just add the game directory to the exceptions list in my antivirus. Haven't had anymore problems since.
