Also come on, yes you do know where to turn, they provided you with an email -- it's right there in the screenshot you sent.
This is a good learning experience -- ReShades and any other program that modifies a game's files should in general *only* be used on single-player games, and it is on you, the user to know that. It's not the developer's responsibility to enable support for a third party tool that as is could be used to gain unfair advantage in online games. That is absurd.
If you want an alternative, use the Nvidia Control Panel if you have an Nvidia graphics card.
All Easy Anti Cheat games whitelist it.
