on the other hand if you cant play low sense then just pick what feels most natural.
going too high means you will keep skipping the enemy and aiming too far.
if your sense is too low you wont reach the target by your mouse movement.
No one can recommend a sensitivity, its all personal. i play low sense cause ive always played too high until i played cs. since then i can only play low sense.
Just take half an hour to test it out yourself is a private lobby.

Another tip i found to be very enjoyable is not to use your full thruster/jetpack in one go, but o feather it (to stay in one altitude bu tapping space repeatedly instead of holding it. It's especially useful on maps like lavawell, helix, highwind and pantheon!
General rule of thumb is that you want to be able to do (at a minimum) a 180 when sliding across your allotted mouse pad room. I have a very large mouse pad and 1440p monitor, so I am using:
400 DPI
7 in game
This lets me turn 270 degrees in one full swipe, but slow enough that I dont lose precision

and 6,8 on rainbow six..
seems to be the only way i can accurately track enemies vs controller aim assist, i usually toggle to 1600dpi if im gonna portal around somewhat fast
