Apart from devs obviously not adding more guns and more features, I am curious about the current state of the game?

How much does aim assist strength still help you for aiming?
Is there an option to disable cross platform matchmaking for ranked?
Are devs still this ignorant till this day and therefore new players are unlikely to stick to the game? Cause devs just ignore their needs ...
Looking forward to you answers or well maybe not in case this game is so dead noone even reads this and therefore noone answers
