BTW not every country has a unlimited plan and in my part of the country we have only limited wifi... so boom!!!
I feel your pain. I live in the US, but in a rural area. My wifi is slower than most people's wifi here. 3 mbps is well below the national average. It takes forever to download games, only to not be able to play them.
Most people are stupid and have no idea how many people have this same issue, mostly because most of them have never experienced internet this bad. Today's webpages and games are much more data hungry, than they were in the past... so 3 mbps back in 2005 would be pretty fast and usable compared to nowadays.
And no, it's not like were buying the cheapest plan. There is literally only one ISP (other than satellite, which would have completely unusable latency for gaming... as opposed to DSL) in my neck of the woods, so it's either take that slow ♥♥♥♥... or have nothing.
