This is a certificate, if it downloads with .html extension rename gdroot-g2.crt.html to just gdroot-g2.crt then install to user or machine, whichever you want.
If your PC is hiding file extensions so it appears as "gdroot-g2.crt" but acts like an HTML file, you need to unhide extensions. To do this, open File Explorer Options in Windows and in the View tab uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types." Then remove the .html extension from the file name so it's a certificate file, and install." It is the solution that another user gave me, I hope it helps you too c:
