Exactly! It's just the reality of the situation, sometimes people look for excuses in video games and blame everything but themselves. It's a competitive FPS arena video game, did people think this was going to be an easy game, get 30 kills a match, with little to no effort in putting in the time to improve as a player?
It's easy, if you're bad, put the time into fixing whatever mistakes you have. There are a plethora of little things to focus on in a video game like this (aim, only going for headshots, situational awareness, when to use utility, when to use portals, learning weapon sprays, etc.) in order to play at a decent level.
No, it's not aim assist. It's not people cheating or hacking. It's you. Get good or go play something else you'd enjoy more. It's quite simple.
