Patches take ages to install?

Why do 10-15MB patches take up to 15 minutes to install themselves? Happened to me twice now, yesterday then today. It's the only game I experience this. Download is instantaneous, the installation takes ages

Okay I thought I was the only one. I legit have to uninstall the game just to patch a 10-15mb FASTER! that makes no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense but it works. Honestly about to say ♥♥♥♥ this bum game all together.

It's probably a poor connection between you and whatever server Steam has you downloading this from. It happens to me from time to time with random games, and even with those games it's not a consistent problem. Very random.

happens to me aswell, every update ive had for this game takes way too long

The update files seem to be REALLY compressed, I've seen my hard drive lose 20 gigs while installing patches, and get it back after it's done.

Its compression. Steam is really a ♥♥♥♥ store. It cant handle any thing but basic downloads.
