Does this game work offline against bots?

Howdy. Due to internet issues that i'm having im forced to stick with games that can be played offline and this game recently caught my attention. On youtube i saw people saying they play against bots but never mention if they are online or not.

Sooo... does this game have bots?
And if yes, can I play against them without having an internet connection?
Or is it the same as in Black Ops 2 where you gotta be online to play against bots?

I prefer asking instead of just downloading it and checking it out myself lol. I currently dont have much space left on my pc and want to know what I'm getting before uninstalling one or two games to make space for this one xd

This game technically has bots but the bot support in my experience was downgraded in a update and even then I know for fact that even though the game has bots there no way to play with them offline without having an internet connection.
