Everyone gets balanced ranked matches faster than they do in OW though. Far from dead. You dont need a lot of players to support an 4v4 match up. Ive seen fps games survive on as low as 30. Try using actual data before making conculsions. Like idk, are people actually getting matches or not.

And 24 hour peak is over 300. Steam DB guys. Stop using the ♥♥♥♥ website that has downtime every day.
