Middle damage reduction, mana regen, life steal, divine hammer.

Damage reduction - should be obvious for a tanky build.
Mana regen - Your skills are critical for success such as his debuff/cc net or pit fighters to soak up some dmg on your behalf.
Life steal - Gladiator has some serious primary dmg making full use of primary life steal, and if that wasn't enough divine hammer acts like a primary giving you some ranged life steal.

I disagree with divine hammer, the one with 0,01 sec cooldown would probably be best since you can use it very quickly in bursts as gladiator.
