Pyramid, second boss...
I admit it: I'm punting.

I started running the new content, and given that I mostly play solo - my progress is slow. Finally managed to down Queen Iris (who was surprisingly easy), and now am working my way towards the second boss.

I'm stuck on figuring out the pink teleporters, and what I'm supposed to do in the circle of spawning djinn - other than "not die". I zone into one, get placed in the middle of the "room, and try to kill them as fast as possible - but then I get sucked to a part of the level/map I haven't explored.

I don't really understand why this is happening, but it feels like I'm doing something wrong. Surprisingly, I haven't been able to find any YT or community videos on that second area in the pyramid.

Can anyone point me to a video or a guide to the Pyramid areas/bosses?

The pyramid of prophecy is divided into 3 area.

  1. Desert(3 level)
  2. Lower Pyramid(3 level)
  3. Upper pyramid(3 level)
Lets start with the upper pyramid since you got confused there.
There is dijin/s meditating on each level of the upper pyramid and that act as your exit to the next floor. Every time you disturb their meditation some dijins will jump out of the portal. After you defeat the dijins you will be transported onto another plain if you use the portal and you will have to defeat a number of dijins. After defeating those dijins you will be transported back to the pyramid one level higher. Repeat until you reach the last boss.

if still confused then watch the first hour of this video or just drag to the part where you got confused.

This is exactly what I needed, thanks.

It looks like I was simply dying too soon to realize I was doing the right stuff. Thanks again...

what's confusing I think is the blocked off stairs. In the armory the blocked off stairs are eventually opened by breaking all the statues.

Yup. I kept thinking I had to go through all the portals to unlock the stairs, etc.
