How do I unlock Wizard?

If you get to the third area (the place that looks like a castle) he can be found behind a hidden wall/breakable wall, Then you just talk to him.

After that you need to purchase his upgrade in Town Hall using Ore as well, this will probably fix that left side building with a crystal ball in the center and some bookshelfs at the wall.
