Anyone find this one yet? Really enjoyed the game and loved the new things I'd find in every playthrough. Wonder if this one involves that door.

I am also missing that achievement. I now finished both endings (I think there are two: either you choose the left or right path at the end of the hospital) and I still don't know where that "The meaning of life" section is. Can someone help me, please?
