Is this gay only or also includes hetero content?
Looking at reviews seems most weapons are male and there's only one woman? Would heteros who would like to avoid any sort of LGBT content feel comfortable playing the game? Is there enough hetero content?

Since your character can be female there's plenty of hetero content. And last I checked a man dating the woman would probably disqualify the game being gay only.

But since you're Almost Certainly Not Trolling this probably isn't the game for you.

Fair enough, this should be clearly stated in the store page though.

Being a male hetero I have no interest whatsoever in otome content. Not judging or anything, you're free to like whatever you like.

This game is literally called "BOYFRIEND DUNGEON". Does that name offend you? If you read the description it does clearly state the potential romances. They also said you can mod the game, so you could potentially make it into what you want. But really, this question is a big f'n eye roll.

Being a male hetero, I don't mind playing as queer characters, seeing queer relationships unfold, even fake-lusting after male characters in dating sims.

It's a game, not your life. If you can play as a monster-killing mutant, which I'm pretty sure you aren't, and empathize with his life, his decisions, his inner turmoils, is there really anything preventing you from doing the same with a character that's different from you on other aspects of themselves?

Also, you don't HAVE to romance them. You can tell them you're not interested/just want to be friends.

Since you can created both male, female and non-binary (by pronoun, hair-styles and clothing) as well as "deny" those candidates, I'd say no, it's not gay only despite the name.

I'm playing as a male and dating Valeria which is female and just simply deny dating others politely (just be friends), for me, that's enough hetero.

One reminder though, that is don't expect hetero-only contents in a visual novel/dating sim game.

I was hoping there would be more than one woman character too. I'm not interested in LGBT content and despite the name of the game, it has been on my watchlist for a long time since it was confirmed there'd be female dating options (well, I guess option now). Might revisit this if more are added.

Imagine your sexuality being so fragile you can't even fake flirt with fictional men.
Other than it being kinda sad that you're avoiding seeing other perspectives at all costs, it's just so wild. Queer folks have to deal with seeing straight romance all the time :P

Yeah but gay people chose to be gay, duh. On a more serious note, this game looks wacky I cant wait to give it a go.

why are yall attacking this duuuuuuuude they just asked a question
I wonder why people are being snarky when some straight dude comes into the discussions of a game made for queer people, asking for more "male + female" romances, when games like that are a dime a dozen?

The world may never know... :steammocking:
theres snarky and theres being toxic and yall are basically attacking someone for asking a question

There are MILLIONS of games catered to straight men. Where the protagonist is assumed male, and you're surrounded by tons of women throwing themselves at you. If you are a straight man there is still content you can enjoy. The characters are fun, and again you CAN just be friends with them. But it doesn't have to be so deep either, I wouldn't even say this was an overtly sexual game, so it shouldn't even be an issue. But you're also right there's no need to be nasty to the OP. Sorry about that! I was def. snarky out of the gate. :)
