Being a male hetero I have no interest whatsoever in otome content. Not judging or anything, you're free to like whatever you like.
It's a game, not your life. If you can play as a monster-killing mutant, which I'm pretty sure you aren't, and empathize with his life, his decisions, his inner turmoils, is there really anything preventing you from doing the same with a character that's different from you on other aspects of themselves?
I'm playing as a male and dating Valeria which is female and just simply deny dating others politely (just be friends), for me, that's enough hetero.
One reminder though, that is don't expect hetero-only contents in a visual novel/dating sim game.
Other than it being kinda sad that you're avoiding seeing other perspectives at all costs, it's just so wild. Queer folks have to deal with seeing straight romance all the time :P
