(Unless that's what you meant by flower crown - his is just one flower, though)
I have 29/29 Outfits (82% complete according to Xbox tracker), I have 27/27 Hats (96% complete) and I've crafted/collected/purchased all 33 Gifts (stuck at 94% complete) and they didn't unlock for me on the Xbox version.
I've looked everywhere and at this point I'm pretty sure that it's either bugged, missable or awarded for that stupid bug racing mini-game, which I have no desire to do
It may not be a missing recipe. The "Artisan" achievement is misleadingly phrased; the 64 items it's looking for include some items that are purchased from shops rather than being crafted, so it's completely possible to have obtained and crafted all existing recipes and still be sitting at 63/64 for "Artisan" because the item you're missing is one that's purchased rather than crafted, but (erroneously?) counts toward "Artisan" anyway.
(I know this is the case because I was able to watch the item count for "Artisan" tick up while I was doing my endgame cleanup of all the shop items I hadn't purchased yet. I'm currently sitting at 63/64 for "Artisan", yet I have "Prepared", the achievement for obtaining all recipes, which suggests that the missing outfit is among the several non-craftables that have been counted towards "Artisan" by mistake.)

Looks like I'm missing the very last one in the fourth screenshot – the charcoal grey one with gold stripes on the arms. Do you recall where you got that one?

Make sure you do enough runs in both the first dungeon Verona Mall and at La Rosa until safes and bosses stop dropping recipes.
Yeah, that was it – thanks! In spite of already having the achievement "Prepared" (i.e., for ostensibly finding all recipes), after doing several runs of floors 9–12 of the second dungeon, another recipe dropped from a safe.
So: it looks like not only are there several items that are purchased rather than crafted that count towards "Artisan", there's at least one recipe that *doesn't* count toward "Prepared". I'm suspecting some items that are craftable are misflagged as purchasable and vice versa for the purpose of achievement tracking.
On the plus side, I now have all the achievements except for the packing minigame and whatever the hidden one is.
For anyone missing a couple of items from the various collectable achievements:
- Make sure you have cleared out both dungeons. If you run through a whole dungeon, even from level 9 upwards to the boss in a dungeon and don't get a single recipe, then that dungeon probably doesn't have any more recipes to pick up.
- Make sure you max level with all of the weapons, I don't remember if every single romance option has clothing to give you, but majority do.
- Make sure you buy all the clothes and gifts that are available from the shops. This is where I wen't wrong! The Heart of Verona shop (that you pay the vending machine to get into) in the mall Dunj sells gifts and clothes! I completely forgot about this and was looking for ages until I vaguely remembered visiting it at the start of the game. Basically, any shop should be cleared out.
No matter the combination of different things you need for your remaining achievements, if you do all of these things you should get all of the achievements and clothes.
I just know that I came to the discussions looking to see if anyone else was having trouble with the achievements and found this thread, so I thought I'd just give anyone looking for a solution the answer they might need.
