Looks really good, just a couple questions.

I clicked on a banner for Kitfox while browsing the Dwarf Fortress page. The name really caught my eye, very much putting a good step forward. I took a couple photos with my phone and sent it to a friend.

Looking through other threads, it looks like people ID themselves a bit: I'm a guy, plan on making a guy character, and doing a no romance run if possible. Romance in games always felt weird, Mass Effect, Fire Emblem, Dragon Age, Witcher, Persona, Rune Factory, etc. never got things to feel right so I'm more curious about the dungeons. I saw there is a DLC coming with another Dunj. Is that already considered the second one? Or will it be a third? Have the devs decided on a content model for the game? More DLCs in the future with more dungeons? It's fun to imagine a Diablo-esqe situation with super difficult dungeons and your weapon is having just as much fun as you lol.

The friend I sent the screenshot to had a question as well. Looks like Leah will be added in the DLC but she's a tad disappointed in only two women to pick from. She's not attracted to the male body at all. Will there be more characters added in the future with the body type most people think of when thinking about a woman's body?

I hope I didn't come across as insensitive. I hope I didn't offend anyone, that was not my goal. I'm not familiar with the terminology, yet.

I've looked through some other threads and a lot of them were fairly outdated so I decided not to necro and just post fresh. It looks like adding more women to the game seems to be a sore spot with people suggesting to go play one of the many harem games but that's not what either of us are looking for. I'm interested in the ARPG aspects, I have a lot of audio content to catch up on and the premise of this game is very refreshing compared to another fantasy-esqe setting. And she's simply not attracted to traditionally male bodies.

I apologize if I irritated people with the questions or incorrect terminology and thank you for your time. Going to go look at other "kitfox" games too.

A no romance run is totally possible, although the game is about relationships (romantic
and platonic). Please also heed the content warnings at the beginning.

The DLC will add a third dunj to the mix and like you said Leah (and Jonah) as new playable weapons. So yes, there are two female weapons in the game, as well as two non-binary characters. I hope that helps give you an idea about what the game is like!

Very cool, that's for the newsletter. We're interested in what your DLC structure will be in the future, if it's something you considered. Would I be correct in guessing e3 means something like episode 3 season? Since E3 is cancelled this year, even the online portion, according to wiki at least. More episodes with more dungeons and more characters sounds like a solid plan to me!

We don't have any current plans for more Boyfriend Dungeon DLC after this one. You never know though!

We don't have any current plans for more Boyfriend Dungeon DLC after this one. You never know though!

More than fair enough. I imagine creating a game is pretty hard work haha.
