Best LONG RANGE assault rifle?

Yeah, I have SCAR, played with it for a while and a)wanna try something else b)it's a bit heavy c)it's a bit slow, so I was thinking about getting next AR. Tried alpha but idk about that one - it kinda works and works not too bad but I think recoil is just a bit too much for long range.

you could try the g36c, i mostly use that AR and i must say it's really good (actually the only AR i used so far xD)

you can try ak-15 and Beryl 762 and Vepr

you want a long range weapon you have to deal with the recoil... you need a powerfull weapon for long range figthing and powerfull guns always have recoil. if you try to use a g36 for long range i think you will find it weak

SA-80 with long barrel, medium magnification scope, 60 rounds drum and bipod/juno grip.
High muzzle velocity. Low bullet trajectory drop. High firerate. Ultra effective in CQC. When one-tapping has almost non-existent spread even on long ranges. Full-auto while prone with bipod is almost a cheating.
1 minus. 5.56 rounds so it's "low" dmg.

You had to be playing since early versions. How did you suffered through that? I bought it at v 0.3 and I could barely play even with tweaks in nvidia control panel. You have some dedication. Kudos.

Plz, keep in mind that SA-80 has relatively high recoil and u need to be good at controlling it, or it can go 10 bullets in 20cm circle ABOVE enemy head.

And 190hrs in PTE. :P It's just first multiplayer FPS that fits my taste since 2009 when BF went downhill.

if you put most AR into single fire they don't have much spread, if you want a good counter for long range rifles put a long barrel and a suppressor [if they did it right it should give you better range acc] and throw on a sight with some zoom of your chose. again if you burst fire it or single you will give yourself a best chance there, but since sniper rifle do a lot of dmg. And all it takes is one to two shot. Your best shot it just to spot him and throw as many shots as you can at them. if your looking for a good bullet that would do great for them, 7.62X51 Nato or Scar H, very good rifle

for fun sig, for single tapin scar or the russian version depends what side u ar u can use lmg too dont forget to get extra ammo vs flesh
